1. Services
We provide massage therapy, spa treatments, and beauty services, including but not limited to Thai massage, deep tissue massage, relaxation massage, hot stone massage, manicure, pedicure, and facials.
Appointments
- Appointments can be made in person, via phone, text, email, or messenger.
- We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time.
Cancellations and Rescheduling

- Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee of the deposit taken at time of booking.
2. Payment
- Payment is accepted via cash or card (EFTPOS).
- A 1.1% terminal fee applies to payments made via credit card.

- A 10% surcharge applies to all services on public holidays.

- Customers are required to disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries before treatments.
- We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it is unsafe for the client or staff.

- Refunds will only be provided in cases where services were not delivered as promised or as required by law.
- If you are unsatisfied with your treatment, please contact us immediately so we can address your concerns.

6. Gift Vouchers
- Gift vouchers are non-refundable and must be used before the expiry date indicated on the voucher.
- Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.

While we take every precaution to ensure your safety and satisfaction, Baan Thai Massage and Spa is not liable for:
- Any adverse reactions to treatments when pre-existing conditions or allergies were not disclosed.
- Loss or damage to personal belongings during your visit.
- Claims of lost items once the customer has left the premises.
8. Public Holiday Surcharge
- A 10% surcharge applies to all services performed on public holidays.
9. Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
